Hi. We wanted to thank you for helping us arrange our trip to Vietnam. From the time we arrived until the day we flew out, we were treated very well and left your country wishing we had had more time to vacation there. Hopefully, we will find time to go back.

The Viet Hotel was wonderful with friendly staff, clean rooms and delicious meals. It took us awhile to feel comfortable crossing the streets but soon realized there was a method and one that worked very well.

Our tour guide on the Junk was great. He was friendly and personable. I do forget his name, however. Voo was our guide on the second day when we were dropped off and travelled on another boat to do our kayaking tour and visit the floating Fishering Village. Voo was absolutely great and we were sorry we didn't get an email address so we could keep in touch with him. If you have a way of contacting him, feel free to give him my email address and ask him to contact us. The day we went to the fishing village was the highlight of the trip for me and Voo made that possible. The food on the Junk was wonderful and the staff equally so. We were made very welcome throughout.

If I had a suggestion, it would be that the tour guide on the bus ride from Hanoi to Halong Bay be required to briefly describe what we were seeing. I had lots of questions but didn't feel like I should continually ask them. We have told all our friends about our trip and have encouraged them to think about Vietnam when they plan their vacations. Thank you for your help in organizing the hotel and train tickets. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our holiday to Viet Nam. We will definately recommend your service to my friends.
