Toyota Vietnam to change faulty Innova rims
Saturday, 10.18.2008, 09:28am (GMT)

Customers who purchased cars with vehicle identification numbers (VIN) RL43G##9206756 to RL43G##9209194 can contact any of the 16 Toyota agents in Vietnam to have the tire rims on their Innova G vehicles replaced.

Customers who have already changed their tire rims can get new ones at authorized agents.

A company spokesperson said the rims might crack, possibly due to a fault during the cooling process at the factory of parts supplier Pako.

“We haven’t received any complaints so far but we don’t want any faulty rims in use on the roads,” the Toyota Vietnam spokesperson said.
